Specialist – Business Development

The person is considered for the role of Business Development under any of the 3 business verticals of the company. The duties will involve the following:

  • Build a customer base for Growcoms range of products of spices and spice value-adds.
  • Maintain and build-relationships with existing clients and brick-wall business.
  • Manage the entire sales process from order/client prospecting to payment receipt in-full for a list of B2B manufacturers and Brand-owners.
  • Identify, Establish and secure new-Logos and enhance the Growcoms customer base.
  • The role would involve P&L responsibility and travel to customer locations to secure business.

Education Qualification: MBA/Masters/PHD/B-Tech Food Science

Reporting into: 1st Level reporting will be into the Sales-Lead (vertical head)

Must have qualities: Good English language skills for both written and speaking. The candidate should be willing to take up the entire task and complete it without much supervision.

Work Experience: Experience in sales or marketing will be preferred.
